Buy Back Brixton is a community campaign by the Brixton Traders & Community Association and The Advocacy Academy to bring Brixton Village and Market Row (for sale since September 2024) into community ownership. The campaign submitted a competitive bid on 22 June 2026; on 7 July 2026 Lambeth Council listed the markets as an Asset of Community Value.
